What is Focus Wheel?
Focus Wheel is a coach-guided Abraham-Hicks inspired process for shifting how you feel. When something's bothering you, Coach helps you find twelve better-feeling thoughts — each one a little closer to how you actually want to feel.
How does it work?
You start with contrast — what's bothering you — then name what you'd prefer instead. From there, Coach guides you through twelve statements. Each one reaches for a thought that actually feels true, but slightly better. By the time the wheel is full, you've genuinely shifted.
Is my data private?
Yes! Your conversations are stored locally on your device. We don't have access to your personal conversations. The only data sent externally is for AI processing, and it's not stored or associated with your identity.
Can I use Focus Wheel offline?
You can write messages while offline, and they'll send when you reconnect. However, you'll need an internet connection to receive Coach's responses.
What's the difference between Guided and Solo mode?
In Guided mode, Coach walks you through each step of the process — great for learning and when you want support. In Solo mode, you fill in the wheel yourself — for when you know the process and want to move at your own pace.
Is this a replacement for therapy?
Focus Wheel is NOT a replacement for professional mental health care. It's a personal growth tool for finding better-feeling thoughts. If you're in crisis, please call 911 or 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline). Always consult professionals for medical or psychological needs.
